Gluten-free Fettuccine Noodles, Sweet Potato Noodles, Red Bell Pepper, Baked Tofu, Green Cabbage, Snow Peas, Baby Bok Choi, Shredded Carrots, Cilantro, Crushed Peanuts, Lime Wedge, Peanut Sauce.
To serve, pour contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes until sweet potato noodles are cooked. Stir occasionally. Or you can cook everything on the stovetop for 4-5 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to the pan to cook evenly.
